The State-Wide Bulletin is the official publication of the Illinois Association of the Deaf. It is published four times a year; there will a fifth "Special" issue during the years IAD has a conference. We welcome letters, articles, information and advertisements. The Editor reserves the right to edit contributions and refuse the publication of content that conflict with those of the Illinois Association of the Deaf. Contributions that are printed do not necessarily mean they are endorsed by the IAD. Anonymous contributions cannot be printed.

DEADLINE: Advertisements should be submitted either by email or snail mail before the 15th of January, April, July and October. Any late submissions will be deferred to the next issue.

ADVERTISERS: Advertising copy must be camera-ready in black and white for scan-copying. It must include any graphics or logos used. Please do not fold or staple ad copy or attach paper clips; please mail in a flat envelope with cardboard or rigid insert. Electronically submitted ads must be in the following formats: EPS or TIFF. All fonts and images/logos must be included. Any ads missing fonts, graphics and/or other formats specified will cause a processing delay; a delay in processing may mean the ad might be deferred to the next issue. Please send advertising copies, and payment advertisements should be submitted to the IAD Treasurer, P.O. Box 1275, Oak Park, IL 60304-1275.
